PLA 2022: Project Outcome Preconference

This interactive half-day workshop is designed to help library professionals successfully evaluate their libraries’ programs and services using Project Outcome. In the first half of the workshop, we cover strategies for identifying community needs, setting goals, measuring outcomes, and administering surveys. In the second half of the workshop, participants will learn how to analyze data and take action with results and hear about how other libraries have made the most of their data. Throughout the workshop participants will work to develop an implementation plan that they can put into action at their libraries.
Learning Outcomes
- Identify strategies for aligning outcome measurement with community needs and library goals;
- Take action with outcome data; and
- Understand how other libraries have used Project Outcome and leave the workshop with a plan to successfully implement Project Outcome at their library
