Overview

The second in a series of three webinars designed to help you turn your Project Outcome results into action. This webinar will offer up communications strategies for library staff to use when delivering their Project Outcome results to internal and external audiences. This webinar complements Project Outcome Results: Maximizing Their Meaning. Although open to everyone, this webinar will be most useful to libraries already registered with Project Outcome. 

During this webinar, participants will:

  • Review fundamental concepts for interpreting Project Outcome survey results and basic communication strategies;
  • Identify the most important for audiences for communication, both internally and externally;
  • Understand which information will be most useful and meaningful for different audiences;
  • Identify the most effective communication strategies to apply to different audiences;
  • Learn how to communicate information that is not necessarily positive or what was desired; and
  • Be given an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas.

Takeaways

At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will be able to effectively communicate about their Project Outcome survey results to staff, board, and stakeholders in the community.
