Project Outcome: Updates from Public and Academic Libraries

Project Outcome helps public and academic libraries understand and share the impact of essential library programs and services. The free toolkit provides standardized surveys, an easy-to-use process for measuring and analyzing outcomes, and resources libraries to help take action using results. Combined, over 2000 libraries have used results to successfully measure grants, advocate for more resources, and advance programs and services. In this webinar staff and member leaders will discuss recent developments from Project Outcome, including the academic library toolkit (launched by ACRL in April 2019) and a health survey for public libraries (developed by PLA in partnership with NNLM).
