Takeaways
This webinar is designed to teach participants how to use their Project Outcome results to influence library programming as it relates to short- and long-term decision-making. Attendees will learn how to closely analyze their results, specifically the open-ended feedback collected from patrons, to make programmatic changes and hear from two public libraries that have already implemented the Project Outcome surveys and made changes based on their results. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas.
