Happy New Year!

From the Public Library Association (PLA) and the Project Outcome team, we want to wish you a happy, healthy, and hopeful 2021. PLA is here to support your library and community, especially when it comes to measuring and increasing the impact your programs and services are making. Be sure to check out these new Project Outcome features and join us for our upcoming events!

New Features

Based on feedback you’ve provided, we’ve been working to improve Project Outcome. Check out these new developments:

  • The survey management tool has a fresh interface, making it easier for you to find past surveys you’ve created.
  • Explore and visualize your open-ended responses using the new qualitative data dashboard.
  • Save visualizations from the data dashboards and add them to custom reports.

Watch the recording of a webinar demonstrating these new features.
