Update: Project Outcome to consolidate web-development services Sept. 1, 2018

Starting September 1, 2018, Project Outcome is consolidating its website development, support, and maintenance services under a single provider, Community Attributes, Inc. Currently the website platform is managed by two different companies, and Community Attributes handles the Project Outcome summary reports and data dashboard visualizations. By using a single provider for all website services, we hope to produce an overall better user experience.

 

The benefits to Project Outcome users will include:

• A more seamless user interface;
• Faster loading times;
• Quicker bug fixes;
• Reduction in errors; and,
• Website and functionality enhancements.

While we do not anticipate disruptions in service or any major changes to the user experience during the transition period, some time will be required for Community Attributes’ developers to get fully up to speed. We assure all users that their help desk requests will be responded to and taken care of as quickly as possible.
